Units rent for $200 per weekend night or $150 per weekday night. Holiday weekends are $250. Add a dock for $50/night! Discounts for stays lasting a week or longer. $200 security deposit required for all stays. Two-Night Minimum Stay. Flat cleaning fee of $75 for all reservations.
