Warm up afterwards with cookies and hot chocolate as you enjoy live music and activities. Children will also enjoy petting animals and pony rides.

Squirrel Nut Zippers: Holiday Caravan Tour @ The Holland Theatre

With their quirky mix of jazz chords, folk music, and punk rock leanings, the Squirrel Nut Zippers will perform a mix of classic holiday favorites and SNZ hits at this special Holiday Caravan show.

“Jimbo Mathus and his merry nine-piece ensemble create music that exists outside of time and space in a domain that includes Jazz, swing and R & B, not to mention klezmer and Balkan music,” noted one review of the band’s most recent album, The Lost Songs of Doc Souchon. “It all gets thrown into the pot to see what develops, and what emerges might sound like ‘50s rock blended with juke jazz sitting next to a banjo tune. That sense of never knowing what comes next is part of what makes the Zippers so intriguing.”
